The Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, was on Thursday presented with the official jersey of the Governor's Prosperity Cup 2023.
The presentation ceremony, which was done at the Deputy Governor's Office, Government House, by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Onoriode Kelvin Akpe, through the Head of the Media Sub-Committee, Mr. Emmanuel Appah, indicates all is now set for the soon kick-off of the largest grassroots football tournament in the whole of Nigeria.

According to the Organizing Committee, the modalities for registration of all participating team and guidelines for the tournament have all been put in place, and would soon be communicated to the public through the appropriate channels.

Mr. Emmanuel Appah was accompanied by Mr. Kokobaiye Abeki, Ms Jennifer Ineye, and Mr. Vincent Joseph to make the official jersey presentation.
